How To Write Your First Book

Are you thinking of writing your first book? You see, writing a book and publishing a book It’s many people’s dream. You’ll hear people saying: oh yeah, I would love to write a book someday and now. I have published a dozen books, and I know for a fact that it takes determination and a good plan to execute the project.

So for writing your first book, I want to give you three tips. Some things I’ve learned over the years. I’ve published with a conventional publisher and I’ve, also self-published print-on-demand. I’ve done a lot of things in terms of publishing. So when it comes to writing your first book I can be an excellent resource for you.

Step Number One,

The key is knowing what you want from the book. What is the outcome you want now? If this is just your legacy or just want to share your story. Both are perfectly fine, right? If that is your goal, then you need to know and be very clear about what exactly is the outcome of your book. Most people's sole purpose in writing a book is to make lots of money.

Well, if you’ll go try to make money from the book, I could tell you from experience don’t write a book. It’s terrible business unless you’re Harry Porter, but that’s a different story.

The time that you would invest and spend on just getting one book done is just not worth from a business perspective. So why should you write a book? That is still the question. However, if you are writing a book, not just for your own amusement, but for the use of your business that generated leads, that ok.

I think that’s, a very smart thing to do, because of so much noise in the marketplace. One thing that you could do to stand out is to actually have a book. Because this could act as your ultimate business card.

Imagine you meet someone at a business function and right before you meet with them you notice that Everybody’s giving away business card. The chances they will keep the card or maybe misplace them, are very high, In other words, the conversion rate will below. But instead of a business card, you will give away a copy of your latest book that positions you as an expert in the subject in question. That right… that right there is substance, don’t you think so? I do… A business card versus a Book, what do you think will make the difference?

This is a WOW factor for people.. You’re, the author of the book. Let me ask you this, have you ever had a conversation about a particular subject and within the conversation, someone or somebody will quote a good book regarding the subject They’ll say so and so wrote a book about….. or I know who wrote a book on that. The fact that they are mentioning your name as the author of the book position you as the subject expert therefor an Authority.

The first six-letter of authority is “author” When you’re an author you are automatically an authority on the subject. So, knowing what is the outcome? We’re, not trying to profit or will not try to use the book to get rich, but you could use the book to grow your business strategically intelligently. I think that’s, a very smart thing to do so.

Step Number Two

The title of your book: it is so critical. It is 80% of the game. You might have the best book in the world, the best manuscript. But if your title is not interesting, then you’re, not going to sell a lot of books.

So one thing I would recommend you to do - and this is what I did. Create up to four or five titles - that you know are good contenders, these are the titles you want to choose. Next, you choose one and run a Google AdWords to see which title people would click on to the most. Connect your ad to a landing page and then when they hit the landing page, here’s. what you do,.

The landing page serves the purpose of having a lot of digital covers with the different titles, giving your audience the option to pre-order the book from you before you even write the book. It gives you the opportunity to search the market for your book and to survey which title and book cover serves the best for your book project. The result is that you are selling, so people can pre-order to see what cover people are most interested in.

Survey your audience with an interesting book title and cover that will appeal to them before you spend months writing your manuscript.

Writing that book wouldn’t it be good? Would it be wise? Would it be smart to actually test it out to see anyone who wants your book? So the title is 80% of the game, but the cover is a very critical component from a marketing perspective. Why, because is your 1st impression that will motivate your audience to consider reading your book. Therefore, make sure it’s done right the first time by a professional.

You want it to be very professional. You don’t want this something that looks like it’s homemade. It looks like it’s, so self-published that doesn’t hurt your credibility.

Step Number three is before you even finish the book.

You should have a very clear marketing plan on how you’re going to sell the book. Connection with people to buy your books, not that easy. We are not here to compete with a New York Times best-selling author or Wall Street Journal best-selling author or the USA Today bestselling author.

We’re, not trying to compete on that. So you got to plan how you are going to sell the book, how are going to use the book from a good business perspective, Jus like we mention before giving it away as your business card. Knowing that you will order a lot of copies and use just giving it away to potential prospects.

Maybe you will send it in the mail to your potential clients or you send it to the existing clients, so they could refer people to you either way it doesn’t matter. What is that you want to do, but you gotta have a damn marketing plan?

Final Thoughts

Don’t count on or you’re going to make money selling a lot of books. That’s, not where the money is, but you could use a book to build your business done properly, especially if you are in a service business.

It’s, a powerful thing to differentiate yourself from what everyone else does, and you by having a book you will stand out. So those are some things that you should consider when writing your first book. If you find it useful - and this motivates you to write your first book comment below post a link there.

Requirements for good Leader

Many people dream of being leaders for a lot of different reasons. Some people want to be a top position to feel powerful, to be phrased, and listen to others want to feel important. Others want to achieve high goals, but they would never be able to achieve by themselves. But seldom they look to see if they have the requirements for a good leader.

The thing is, you don’t have to be at the top of an organization or a community to be a leader. Leadership is all about performance and less about the position, even though there are many fields where you can lead and of course, we can’t, possibly cover them all in just this article.

The requirement for a good leader or skills required to be a successful leader are always the same, and what all good leaders have in common is passion, teamwork, and good communication skills. Of course, there are many other skills that make up a great leader, but they all revolve around these three.

You need a goal that you truly believe in. You need the best team and you need to know how to manage that team in order to achieve that goal. So let’s, see what these are all about.

1. Number one passion most leaders are very passionate about what they do.

Leaders are not BOSS

A leader doesn’t command. You can’t, possibly persuade people into doing something that you want them to do. Unless you inspire them to see things. The way that you see them and you get them to believe in the same goals that you do and the best way to do, that is being passionate about your field and vision.

Sometimes things get tough along the road, but the drive to do something that you’re really into can help you overcome the blocks and achieve your goals. Also, passion extends to building a team of professionals.

The Miracle of Self-Discipline - 8 CD Set Plus CD workbook - Brian Tracy (Compact Disc)Any leader wants an elite team made of reliable people who don’t settle for mediocrity, it’s about constant learning and improving oneself, and the team as a whole characteristic of a great leader number one is passion.

2. Number two is teamwork?

A Team by your Side

Leadership implies having a team by your side, and each person from your team has particular strengths and weaknesses, including yourself as a leader. A good leader doesn’t try to do everything by themselves.

Why would you need a lead if you’re, a one-man show, but instead they rely on strengths that are different from their own? The more qualified people you have in your team, the more diverse their strong points are.

This means the more that you can achieve on the long run and knowing how to manage people’s, strengths to reach higher goals as one of the best qualities of a leader, also getting everyone to see the big picture and work together for a common goal is the second trait of a leader.

3. Number three is good social and communication skills.

An Excellent Motivator

A good leader is, by definition, an excellent motivator. He stands by his team for better and for worse and knows how to motivate people instead of just bossing them around.

He knows how to approach people on how to make them feel valued. The ability to skillfully relate to is well that you learn with time, but it’s, a precious asset and skill. When dealing with teams, I want to say so far.

I’ve been using the pronoun Heath to describe a great leader, but sex and gender really don’t matter. I’m doing it because I’m trying to get these qualities within myself and by talking about them like they’re already.

My traits, it psychologically gets me closer to becoming a better leader. Great leadership is positive and professional, and it’s all about inspiring people towards a common goal, and this can be learned with a few simple tricks.

I’m going to go on to those. Now, if you want to be a leader, you’re going to have to cut down a lot of your own ego and learn how to be humble and professional. There are no perfect leaders and you shouldn’t strive for perfection.

Instead, focus on constant improvement, you want people to see you as a role model as someone they can rely on, not as just say tyrant, so for that your main concern should motivate your team, making them want to work for your goals and feeling that Goal is their own goal instead of bossing them around.

The Power of Charm - Brian Tracy (Compact Disc)You want to have them by your side, instead of forcing them to do stuff that they don’t believe in. For that, you can do several things. Give them credit for. The work also acknowledges their efforts and reward them when they succeed.

Leaders are Not Perfect

Another big thing is admitting when you made a mistake, instead of denying it or passing the responsibility on to someone else, which is usually easier. If you can admit and correct your own mistakes, you will gain a lot of trust and respect from your team, and that will motivate them even more to help you.

Everyone has their flaws, and accepting them and working around them is better than denying them altogether. Build on your strengths, work around your weaknesses, and let people who are better than you in certain areas do the work for those certain areas.

Leaders Are Humble

If you show them trust, they will amaze you. This is where humility is required, though, because it will go a very long way, encourage people to talk, and listen actively when listening to someone make sure you’ve completely understood what they want to say by repeating their idea.

So what you’re saying is, and their own words will make them feel heard and reinforced. Also make them feel you’re, listening and respect what you have to say so be genuinely interested and make them feel important, set a high bar for your team, and believe that they will succeed.

One of the greatest motivators is knowing that someone believes in you and the fear of disappointing them. If you show your team trust, they will do everything they can to meet your expectations.

Leaders are Positive - Positive Reinforcement

Another tip is to be positive. You’re, not going to be very motivational. If you point out everyone’s flaws and nothing is ever good enough. Instead, try to find the best and each person from your team find their strengths and assign them tasks that they can do the best.

This will boost your efficiency and also minimize frustration among your team. If people are handed a task that they can manage and they feel comfortable doing there’s, a higher chance that they will complete that task successfully without any issues. So try to accentuate everyone’s, positive side and use mistakes as opportunities to improve. Also praise any improvement that you see, because this makes people feel validated and will make them try even harder to make sure that they receive the praise again.

21 Great Ways to Become an Outstanding Manager - Brian Tracy (Compact Disc)This technique is called positive reinforcement, and it’s, something I've talked about in several of my other blog posts, always accentuate the positive. This will make your team feel safe and supportive, which will boost their trust and loyalty.

Leaders Reward Improvement

It’s also very important that you reward improvement. The next step is to be a professional. Professionalism, Doesn’t extend only to technical skills or knowledge, but it also refers, but it also refers to having a set of strengths and values and sticking well to them whether that be honest, reliability, good energy, and the ability to find effective solutions to problems.

Honesty is one of the most important as anyone wants to know what to expect from someone else, especially their boss. If you were honest with the facts and data, people know exactly what the situation is and can work effectively straight on the goal or problem.

But it’s better to under-promise and overachieved than to over-promise and stretch your team to their limits in order to achieve the impossible. You must know what you can and can’t, do, and say: no. If something isn’t right, be professional about it, though, and the last but not least, never stop.

Final Thoughts

Learning prominent leaders never stop learning. If you don’t have all the above skills or qualities don’t worry, there is no perfect leader, but the best leaders are the ones who are constantly seeking to give their best and improve little by little each day.

Leading by example, almost anything can be learned and all you need to do is to be consistent about it. You want to push yourself and others to go beyond their comfort zone and develop themselves more so you get better each and every day.

How to Create Strategic Plan

How to Create a Strategic Plan. The challenge is to connect the dots or the gap between where you are now and the goals you intend to reach. Hello. I’m Carmelo and today I want to show you how to create an action plan for achieving your goals. Everyone has goals, but some seem to accomplish far more than others, that’s because people who accomplish goals at a higher rate than the average person are those who use a systematic, proven method of goal-setting and goal attainment.

Flight Plan CD - Brian Tracy (Compact Disc)The answer to this is no secret and yet simple: you need an effective action plan. The very first thing in creating an action plan is deciding exactly what you want. Clarity is the most significant and precise quality of goal setting and therefore the most important single quality of success.

Rather than fluffy objectives like more cash, better wellbeing, and satisfaction, be explicit about precisely how much cash you need to win in a particular timeframe for sure.

Setting Goals -Multi-Dimensional

You need to set goals that are multi-dimensional and for every part of your life, so that you function like a well-oiled goal, setting goal-achieving machine. Unique goals for your health, your career, your finances, your relationships, your personal and professional development, and your community and spiritual growth.

This will immediately put you in a separate category from people because most people have no idea what they really want. Most people are unconsciously preoccupied with the fear of failure which blocks them from setting clear, specific goals.

If you don’t set clear specific goals, then you can’t fail to achieve them because they’re, so vague. This is a major reason for failure. Next, write your goals down on a sheet of paper. Only 3% of adults have written goals, and everyone else plans to write them down.

Write It Down - Pen and Paper = Sucess

Success begins with a piece of paper, a pen, and a few minutes of your time. You can start with the three-goal method in less than 30 seconds. Quickly write down your three most important goals in life right now. Whatever three goals you managed to write down is probably an accurate picture of what you really want in life.

When you actually write A goal down it seems as though you are modifying it into your psyche brain and initiating an entire arrangement of mental forces that will empower you to achieve substantially more than you ever dreamed up.

You expect to achieve the goal and you attract people and circumstances into your life consistent with the attainment of your goal. The third step is setting a deadline. If it’s, a large goal, set, a series of sub deadlines. In case you don’t achieve your goal by the deadline set another deadline. Remember, a deadline is just a guesstimate of when you will achieve it.

You may achieve the goal well in advance, or it may take you much longer than you expect, but you must have a target time before you set off a deadline. Acts as a forcing system on your subconscious mind toward achieving your goal on schedule. If you want to achieve financial independence, you may set a 10 or 20-year goal and then break it down year by year, so you know how much you have to save and invest each year.

The Life Planning Process - Brian Tracy (Soft Cover Book)

The Life Planning Process - Brian Tracy (Soft Cover Book)

"Absolute clarity regarding your goals is essential to high performance. Begin the powerful process of goal-setting and achievement, and experience success in every area of your life. This 3-part guide gives you a personal roadmap for accomplishing everything you want in life and much more! Plan for success and improve the quality of your entire life and career."

Unreasonable Deadlines

There are no unreasonable goals, only unreasonable deadlines. The next step in creating an action plan is making a list of everything that you could think of that you will have to do to achieve your goal after having a written goal.

One of the things that hold people back is not taking the time to lay out a list of all the little things they will have to do. To achieve the goal you need to identify the obstacles that you will have to overcome, identify the knowledge, information, and skills you will need, And then identify the people whose help and cooperation you will require achieving your goal, the more comprehensive your list, the more motivated you will become, the more intense will be your desire and the more you will believe it as possible.

Gather and combine all this information into a plan and organized by priority and sequence priorities. Sequence what is more, important, and less important and what you have to do before you do something else, and in what order list. Every single step that you can think of that you’ll have to follow, as you think, of new items.

The 80/20 Rule

Add them to your list. It has been said the 80/20 rule., that 80 % of your results will come from 20 % of your activities. The 20/80 rule says that the first 20 % of the time that you spend planning your goal and organize your plan will be worth 80 % of the time and effort required to achieve the goal.

Now that you have this comprehensive list schedule it into a comprehensive plan, Plan each day week, and month in the advance and each month at the beginning of the month. Plan each week the weekend before. And plan each day the evening before. The more careful and detailed you Are when you plan your activities and tasks, the more you will accomplish in less time.

The objective is that each minute spent on planning saves 10 minutes on execution. Then, as you go through each day of your plan, select your number one most important goal for the day. Again, you can set your priorities with the 80/20 rule.

Ask yourself if I can only do one thing on this list, which one activity is most important, then ask yourself if I could only do one other task on this list, which one would be the most valuable use of my time then write a number 2 next To it. Continued to ask this question until you organized and sequence the top 20 % of your tasks and priority. As a result, now you have an action plan.

The next step you need to take is Action and keep track of your progress and make adjustments along the way make sure you’re, doing something every day to move you in the direction of what you really want in life.

Final Thoughts

I’d, like to leave you with a final thought so you can share it with your friends and followers. Your challenge is to connect and eliminate the gap between where you are now and the goals you intend to reach. Now I’d love to hear from you.

So my question today is what is one of the goals that you want to accomplish? Leave a comment below and I’ll, be sure to follow up with you thanks for watching and remember. If you want to change your future, you must act today and do it now.

How To Reach Your Goals On Time

Hello, I’m Carmelo, and today I wanted to talk to you about my favorite subject in the entire world is how to reach your goals on time that can increase your productivity and reach your goals faster than ever before,

Now every one of us is gifted with the same 24 hours every day, it’s how you use those hours that make all the difference. If you’re, like many people, boosting your productivity, maybe all that it takes for you to reach new heights.

What I have found is that successful people are all described to other people as being very productive. So if you’re, looking for a few simple ways to be more productive and efficient, with your time, check out these 10 productivity-boosting tips. And as you think of what action you’re, going to take immediately to apply one Or more of these tips; write it down, write it down, write it down

The Touch It Once Rule.

So the first tip to boost your productivity is to utilize the touch it once rule. Dictates that you should complete a task or project from start to finish.

The first time that you touch it rather than starting on a task and leaving it to finish at a later time, if you’re able to commit to following this rule, it will eliminate most opportunities for procrastination right out of the gate.

Write it Down

728x90 Power of ProductivityNow, the next way to increase your productivity is to always write your plan. I’m, passionate about writing it down. Write it down whether you keep a to-do list in a notebook on a calendar on an app for your phone writing.

The tasks that you need to complete is an excellent way to keep yourself organized, and an excellent way to become more productive. There’s something about writing a list of tasks that makes you more motivated to complete them and gives you greater focus and scratch off of list one by one and each time you scratch off a task.

You feel great about yourself, and you’re eager to start with a new task. When a to-do list is in your head, it’s little more than something to stress over, but when your to-do list is written down, it becomes a plan of action.

Small Goal Are OK - Task Completion

Productivity tip number three is to set small goals. Formal goal setting is one of the most powerful methods for helping a person achieve their long-term goals. “However, goal settings can be used to help you get short-term dreams and lift your daily productivity properly, with the useful resource of breaking an enormous task into many small quantities and setting”

You can take advantage of the motivation, boosting the benefits of goal-setting, and use them to substantially increase your productivity. What this means is, each time you start and complete a task. You get a rush of endorphin, which gives you more energy and creativity and motivates you into the next task, so everything in life depends upon task completion.

So if you have a lot of small tasks, then - and you complete these tasks, they motivate you and give you a feeling of personal power and energy.

Plan Ahead -Be Proactive

The fourth productivity tip is to plan ahead before you end each workday. Plan ahead by writing down your to-do list. For the next day, this should be the last thing that you do at the end of a workday, planning out the next day’s. Work ahead of time in this manner allows you to prepare your mind ahead of time for the next day’s, work and also lets you dive right into your to-do list the moment the workday starts.

Doubling Your Productivity - Brian Tracy (DVD)

Doubling Your Productivity - Brian Tracy (DVD)

"Make more money, have more time off and get more done than ever before! Get your life under control and have people look to you as an example of success. When you double your productivity you can check off every task on your to-do list quickly and easily. Being more productive will help you achieve any goal or dream you desire-get started today!"

Don't Overcommit

The next tip is to avoid the committee. Nothing kills your productivity, quite as like biting off way more than you can chew. Overcommitting to more work than you’re able to complete leads only to stress and worry and anxiety, which can make it difficult to complete any work at all.

So why you don’t want to sell yourself short on the amount of work that you can complete in a given time. You also want to avoid taking on more than you can handle it’s, a fine balance, but an important one to find.

If you want to be at your most productive, if you really want to be more efficient, when reaching your goals, you need to stop trying to multitask, while multitasking may seem like an easy way to boost your productivity, multitasking ends up producing the opposite results.

Anytime you split your attention between multiple tasks, both your productivity and the quality of your work are going to drop like a stone. Instead of multitasking give one task your full attention until it is completed before moving on to the next here’s, my Discovery there is no such thing as multitasking.

There is only task shifting. That means you change your attention. Like a gun pointed in a different direction and you do something else and then you have to come back and then you have to find out where you were and start over on that task.

Human beings can only focus on one thing at a time: one task at a time, so start and work on that one task until it’s complete. It is the great secret of success.

Start With Your Hardest Task

My seventh tip for increased productivity is to start with your hardest task. First, if you’re able to complete your most difficult task right out of the gate, you can then continue your day, knowing that the worst is behind you, rather than spending the day stressing about an undertaking that you are dreading.

We call this eating your frog, given that stress and worry, or the enemies of productivity, tackling the toughest tasks on your to-do list. The first thing is an effective way to become more productive, as my friend James Williams said, do the worst first and then move on to your other tasks, an often overlooked strategy that can really increase your daily efficiency is to determine when you aren’t.

Most Productive

Most people are at their most productive in the early morning hours, get up, get going. One of the secrets of self-made millionaires is to get up and get going by 6:00 a.m. maybe even earlier and get up. Do your exercises and then lunch and do your worst and your worst, your most arduous task. Others, however, those who are not that at their best during the morning may do their best work late at night.

There are many people who start work at midnight and work all night, and then they sleep in the first half of the day determine when you are at your most productive. Therefore, use those hours to your full advantage to maximize your productivity. If you really want to increase productivity, you need to make sure you minimize interruptions as much as possible. Today we live in a world that offers one interruption and distraction after the other.

If you want to be as productive as possible, it’s, essential to eliminate as many of these interruptions that you possibly can close yourself off in a room. And if you’re able to leave your phone in another room, just turn it off.

Take whatever steps you can to close yourself off from the outside world so that all that is left is you and the work that needs to be completed? Many large companies in large cities have an apartment very close to the office with offices that are all set up, so that a person who has to complete a task can go to that apartment.

And there’s, no telephones and no interruptions, and they can work single-mindedly with nobody bothering them. Do the same thing for yourself. Close your door here’s. One of the simplest techniques gets one of those do not disturb signs from the next hotel you stay in and put it on your door.

When you start work put on the outside of the door, close the door do not disturb, and it’s quite astonishing. I’ve taught this too many of my staff members and they could not believe how much more they got done by just having people stop interrupting.

If you are in a normal office, you will be interrupted four or five times per hour. Unless you put a stop to it last but not least, set time limits for yourself, few things are more motivating than deadlines, and you can take advantage of this by setting realistic self-imposed time limits on the tasks you need to complete.

Final Thoughts

If you’re able to treat these time limits with all the seriousness that you would treat that official deadline, then your productivity will benefit. Now. Please tell me in the comments below the one action that you’re, going to take immediately to improve your productivity, based on what we’ve just talked about.

Confidence Yes I CAN ! - Take ACTION

If I were to ask you a gift that you would like to receive, I'll bet. Many of you would pick what I'm gonna talk to you about now.  I want to talk to you about confidence, about becoming a confident person.

I find that that is just a big need in the life of many people. They just lack the confidence to do what they want to do to sometimes do what they should do, and so they come to me and they ask me, how do I become a more confident person and I would like to share with you quickly three ways That you could begin to build into your self-confidence that will allow you to go to a level that a lack of confidence will hold you back and keep you from achieving.

All Things takes Action

The first thing I would share with you is this: if you want to be a confident person, you have to take action. Confidence is a result of doing something, and so many times people cheat themselves because they lack that confidence.

So they don't do what they should do, only to leave saying -  I wish I would have done that. I remember when I was in my 20s. I went to a meeting with leaders that were older than me, wiser, bigger, better faster.

I was, 27, they probably averaged 45 - 50 and I was overwhelmed by the fact that I was truly not trying to be humble. I was truly the least in the room and I could have learned so much from them.

In fact, they gave us plenty of times for us to ask questions, and I held back and I didn't ask questions, and I left that meeting and I really realized how I cheated myself, and I determined that I would never let that happen again.

Now, why Didn't I ask the question? because I lacked confidence. I thought, Well, you know it's, probably a silly question too. Then they probably answer that question a thousand times. Well, you know they look at me, Wow he doesn't, know very much, and I determined that day that, regardless of how intimidated I was going to become, I was never going to cheat myself again. That I was always going to ask the question, even though if I figured, it may be a really stupid question.

Breaking out of the Confort Zone

What was I doing with my confidence?

Take Action

I was making a determination to take action on something that I didn't feel comfortable with and trust me, I did. I never broke that promise to myself. Today I can look back at many times where I just went ahead and did it.

I didn't feel comfortable, but I went ahead and did it and each time I took action, it began to give me confidence. The second thing that I have done to build my confidence is to share with others and help them......

One of the things I found is that you began to feel better about yourself when you help other people get better, and so, therefore, there's a confidence booster in making yourself invaluable to others. Why? Because you're, always adding value to them. So I grew my confidence not only in taking actions on things that I perhaps was intimidated with but I did it anyway.

I grew my confidence by the fact that I began to meet people's needs and because I met their needs, I began to be valued and I began to have influence with those people. All of that process helped me to become a more confident person.

The third thing that I did is I spent time with confident people. There is no security like being with secure people, you know it. You know when you're with them. You know when you're, not with them. You can feel it in the room. A lot of my leadership has been based on the fact that I provide a lot of security for people they just know if they hook up with me.

Embrace Confidence in you Life

I found people that we're confident and I hung with them. I watched them. I asked them questions I learned from them, but more than anything else, I immerse myself in the environment of a confident person, because confidence is caught.

350x250 The Science of Self-ConfidenceI've watched it. It happens many times a team, maybe is behind in a game and all of a sudden they get on a run and they cool start playing over their head and they begin to build momentum. They get on a roll and they start scoring points.

And you can just watch in the behavior the attitude, the actions, the facial expressions of the players that they're, just feeling better about themselves. As the game goes on, it's, contagious get around the person that's secure and you'll become more secure, get around a person that's, got confidence and you'll begin to Gain more confidence because secure confident people want you to be confident.

Final Thoughts

Also, the only people that don't want you to be confident in life are insecure people. They always want you to be off-balance, so they can have the advantage. So I want to encourage you to hang around some confident people get in that environment and immerse yourself in it add value to people and take action on things that you fear and you begin to build your confidence.

I'm glad you're with me today reading this post. Thanks once again for your valuable time, I hope I have added value to your confidence. Keep pushing forward this confidence arrives.

Why Goals in 2020 Are so Critical Important

Why goal-setting has never been more important? "You have to put in many many many tiny efforts that nobody else sees or appreciates before you achieve anything worthwhile"- Brian Tracy,

Many of us are experiencing a situation we've never been in before. Most of us are practicing social distancing by staying home as much as possible to avoid the spread of the virus. While this is the right thing to do it, isn't, always easy.

You may find that you feel unmotivated, uninspired, and down in the dumps. This is a normal response to a period of isolation, but there's a better way to handle this time and that's where goal-setting comes in.

The Right Answer "Goals"

If you're trying to get focused and cultivate new habits and behaviors during this time, goal-setting is the answer. Here are four reasons why goal-setting has never been more important than number one. It allows you to make the most of this time.

Concerts, sporting events, and group gatherings have all been canceled now that you have extra time on your hands with fewer distractions. This is the perfect opportunity to reach your goals and focus on your personal development goal.

The setting is important because it can help you make the most of this time, setting SMART goals or goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound is the best way to ensure that you're productive with your time throughout the Koba 19 pandemic.

Don't just make a quick mental list of the things you'd, like to do instead sit down, and write out specific goals, so you can truly capitalize on your newfound free time number two. It allows you to think outside the box.

Aiming Towards the Goal

Working towards goals. Right now is important, because this is a unique opportunity. You probably don't have access to all the resources you might normally use while working towards a goal that's. How this time can push you to be more flexible and creative? You might achieve an old goal in a new way over with a different strategy, or you may choose to set entirely new goals.

Long term goals might be broken down to disorder term goals that are faster to achieve whatever you do, as you work towards your goals right now, you'll come out of this time, a more adaptable and resourceful person, and those are the traits that Will benefit you for the rest of your life number three.

It allows you to reevaluate your goals. Setting and evaluating goals is a great use of your current free time. The time-space and silence you have can help you reevaluate past goals. Are those goals relevant to your life right now? Are they achievable? Are they stepping stones on the path to your personal and professional success? Take some time to sift through past goals for ones that you've already achieved.

Congratulate yourself for the goals you haven't met, consider whether their SMART goals, or whether you need to rethink them. Some goals might need to be overhauled completely and replaced with something new.

Other goals may benefit from just a little tweak. This is a great time to re-examine your long-term goals and overall life plan. The koban 19 pandemic is making people really what's. Truly important in life, if your overall mindset could use some changes, this might be a great time for you to sit back and think about your lifetime objectives too and finally, number four.

This allows you to have no regrets goal. Setting right now is essential to ensure that you don't, look back with a regret. Many incredible businesses were founded in the 2008 recession, including companies like Uber and Airbnb.

That has now succeeded big-time. Ten years from now, you don't want to look back on the Cova 19 pandemic and feel regret that you didn't work as hard as you could have. This is a unique opportunity that you may not have again make good use of the unexpected time you've been given to take strides towards success.

Final Thoughts

Don't fall back into bad habits or stay stagnant where you are instead. Work on intentionally taking steps forward to help you get to where you want to be. Goal-Setting is an important strategy at every step of your professional and personal life.

The Greatness Within our Self

Hi there let’s. Talk today about motivational leadership, inspiring greatness in life. It doesn’t matter where you’re. Coming from all that, matters is where you’re going, and how are you going to get there aside from what you want to accomplish? What kind of a person do you want to become as a result of all your work and effort? People who accomplish extraordinary things in life are perpetually the individuals who give a ton of thought to their own development and development.

Something Out of the Word - The Greatness Within Our Self

They become extraordinary individuals by a plan, not by accident. Successful people are like master craftsmen or crafts, women continually shaping and polishing their characters and personalities so that they evolve and grow into someone important and worthwhile, and so should you now.

As a leader, the number one purpose you must-have is to end up a frontrunner, to emerge as a top-notch individual who has looked up to, and well known and respected by all the people around you.  Motivational leaders is a natural ability or gift to uplift and inspire others to perform at their highest potential "leadership" and also,  the capability to encourage yourself to do the things and be the kind of person that makes you into a motivational leader now.

Both of these are important and necessary for maximum performance. They are flip sides of the same coin. The starting point of personal leadership, motivational leadership, is to begin seeing yourself as a role model, seeing yourself as an example to other people, see yourself as a person who sets the standards that others follow.

High standards of Accountability

An important and critical key leadership characteristic is to set obtainable high standards of accountability. For yourself and for other people, leaders assume that others are watching them, and then they set their own standards by what you do.

They, in fact, lead by example, as top leaders do just exactly as though someone were following them around secretly. Taking notes and photographs of their daily actions for others to see and act on, it bases motivational leadership on the law of a direct effort.

According to this direct effort law, most if not all things in our life are easily achieved by indirect means, rather than by direct means. You will easily become a leader to others by demonstrating that you have in you the nature of a leader and or qualities than you do by ordering others to follow your directions.

Instead of trying to get other people to emulate you, you instead concentrate on living a life that is so admirable that others want to be Like you. Even without your saying a word, it all comes in naturally.

Kinds Of Power

For example, there are several kinds of power. Two of these are ascribed power and position power now position. Power is the power that comes with a job title or a position in any organization. If you become a manager in a company, you have automatically achieved certain powers and privileges that go along with your rank.

You can tell people what to do and make certain decisions and or become a leader whether anyone likes you or not. Ascribed power. On the other hand, is the power you attract to yourself by the kind of person you really are inside in every organization.

There are people who are in orderly, influential, and looked up to by others, even though their positions may not be that high. Yet on the organizational chart, these are the men and women who are great leaders because of the quality of the people they have become because of their characters and their personalities.

Leading by Serving Others

Perhaps the most powerful of motivational leaders is the person who practices what is called a servant? Leadership. Confucius said he who would be master of all must be a servant of all the person who sees himself or herself as a servant, and who does everything possible to help others to perform. The highest level as a leader is as simple as practicing your best form of servant leadership.

Now we’ve been led to believe over the years. That leaders are those who strive boldly and exuded confidence and give orders and make decisions for others to carry out. However, that’s all at school.

The leader of today is the one who asks questions, listens carefully, plans diligently, and then builds consensus amongst all those necessary for achieving the goals. A leader does not do it all by himself or herself.

Final Thoughts

A leader is a person who gets things by helping others to help themselves. The mark of genuine leaders today is that they lead the action they are willing to go first, they set the example, and act as the role model.

They do what they expect. Others to do you become a motivational leader by motivating yourself and you motivate yourself by striving toward excellence by committing yourself to become everything that you’re capable of becoming you’ll motivate yourself by throwing your whole heart into doing your job in an excellent fashion, you motivate others by continuing looking for ways to help them to improve their lives and achieve their goals.

You become an exceptional motivational leader by becoming the kind of person that others want to follow and support no matter what. Your main job is to take complete control over your own personal evolution and become a leader in every area of your life and unleash the greatness within our self.
